The battery lasts for several nights. For normal use with 5 nightly cycles, you generally do not need to recharge the battery. Please remember to disconnect the cuff the following morning after completion to conserve battery power.

No, the nocturnal recording is stored on the control module and only transferred to the app after completion. The phone can be in airplane mode or in another room during the night.

The best solution is to wear tight-fitting underwear or shorts and simply place the control module inside.
