You only need a tool to determine the circumference or diameter of the non-erect penis. This can be a tape measure, a ruler, a set square, or a simple strip of paper that you wrap around the penis. The length of the penis does not matter when choosing the correct cuff size. It is important that if you measure the diameter with a set square or a folding ruler, you multiply this value by 3.14 to obtain the circumference. <\/p>\n
