This can be a tape measure, a ruler, a set square, or a simple strip of paper that you wrap around the penis. Penis length does not matter when choosing the correct cuff size.

Important: If you measure the diameter with a set square or folding rule, multiply this value by 3.14 to obtain the circumference.
